Product Description

Introduction:
High power electric stirrer employs friction wheel drive system to make step-less speed regulation. Motor has a regular operation point at which output power and moment of are optimum and almost remain constant. Power is transmitted from friction wheel and center shaft mounted on two plastic couplings. Two step manual regulated speed is realized by dual gear train installed on two identical shaft. Power of stirring shaft is the same with that of motor without considering loss effect during transmission. The two spiral couplings on the center shaft can keep the loss very low. Couplings could automatically regulate the pressure friction wheel needed according to load on the stirring shaft, low pressure if low load , high pressure if high load.
